Why are you only allowing people to receive 20 lives ? You ask us to get friends we do that but only allowed to receive 20 life’s a day. Is this your way of us paying more? That’s not cool

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
We understand that this may be a big and sudden change in the game that might affect the way you play Candy Crush Saga. This update on Lives was done to encourage you to use the lives feature the way it's meant to be used, which is exchanging lives with others on a daily basis rather than accumulating them. Any lives previously saved won’t be lost though, therefore your inbox can show more lives than the inbox limit.
As soon as you played and used lives so you are under the limit, you can receive new lives sent from friends again.

I totally agree with the above comments! Please, please, please reconsider removing the limit of lives per day again!! I have been playing Candy for many years as well and some changes made to the game have been great but this is totally takes the fun away from playing.

You are supposed to be able to store 200 lives. More often than not when you log in 'terms' must be accepted (again) and your stored lives are gone. And if all stored lives are gone what is the point in buying boosts to last an hour when you will not be able to use the entire time. Support is useless. Keep sending an automated message that in no way addresses the issue
