By any chance, did you take screenshots when you won the event?
For missing rewards, you will have to contact the King Player Support team. Please click on these green letters to go to the web page to report your complaint. Make sure to enter all your details and submit your request.
You can also contact Player Support directly from your game app through "settings"! Please post back if you need further assistance with anything.

As a Candy Royale expert, I gotta point out that you've got it wrong. Lemme explain how it works.
You're in a group of 100 players (you + the random recordings of 99 people who had previously played these levels). You gotta complete 6-9 levels from the first try within 24 hours.
If you do them all, you will get a portion of the pot divided equally among you and the rest of people who'd qualified. Obviously, no-one else gets gold bars because these are past recordings. They are just used to define how much you'll get.
You do not get bars at every step of the way - only after the last level is completed. They've recently changed the UI to indicate how many bars you'd get in the end if you stay in the competition. This number gradually increases the more people (recordings) drop off the run until you reach the final step when the pot is divided among the number of qualifiers (you + xx amount of other people).
It's totally not worth staying in the competition at higher levels if you'll need to spend a mountain worth of boosters and bars, as you could just get, say, 12 bars in the end. That's why you should not be afraid to drop off and only see it as a little something to help you get by.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
