Hello, when I want to start the game on web browser, the game will not start up (the web page is redirecting again and again), see the attachment. Don´t you know please, what´s wrong or if this is some error or technical issue?

The game can no longer be played on King's website. You have 2 alternatives for Windows PCs:
1. Browser version on Facebook's website; and
2. Standalone desktop version from Microsoft's App Store.
Bear in mind video ads, assuming you (will) have them on your account, don't work on these 2 versions. They only work on the mobile version. This said, you will lose ads if you make a purchase with real money.
