Same thing with me. I’m at level 13,403 and badge shows me at level 10,000. I inquired about this and was told I had to play the challenge and pass then it will change. A few thousand levels later, still no challenges to play. Honestly if you played the levels and passed it should change automatically. Why do they have you play yet another challenge? It’s not like you cheat to get that far. I don’t think they have an answer to fix this.
Hi there,
The milestone banners got fixed in January. To get yours updated, you need to repeat the last milestone level. In your case that's level 11,000.
If necessary, go to settings -> features and (re)activate "milestone badge", then replay level 11,000.
