Same thing with me. Iām at level 13,403 and badge shows me at level 10,000. I inquired about this and was told I had to play the challenge and pass then it will change. A few thousand levels later, still no challenges to play. Honestly if you played the levels and passed it should change automatically. Why do they have you play yet another challenge? Itās not like you cheat to get that far. I donāt think they have an answer to fix this.

The milestone banners got fixed in January. To get yours updated, you need to repeat the last milestone level. In your case that's level 11,000.
If necessary, go to settings -> features and (re)activate "milestone badge", then replay level 11,000.

I am unable to play this level, it says I need to collect yellow candies and even before I can play I get the no moves available, unable to complete message. How do I get past it? I have posted problem in support but have not gotten a response.
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
