I have played Candy Crush for many years and have never had Sweet Cinema.
Just now I happened to just clear my history and website data on my browser (Safari) and then when I logged into my latest Candy Crush game , there is Sweet Cinema! Perhaps this might work for other players. I think my privacy settings were set so they did not allow personalised adverts and that is why I never got ads or sweet cinema in my game.

I've played for many years, sweet cinema is now gone, along with being able to watch ad's for boosters, and I'm disabled on a fixed income and can't afford to buy boosters. I'm on the upper level and these levels are absolutely impossible to finish without being able to watch ad's and build boosters, my candy life, which I've worked so hard on, has been destroyed, I'm so angry right now

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
