This is not a question more of a problem.

Level 1016:

I've played this level more then 5 time and get the cherries and chocolate, but at the end it says I still need 6, but there are none left. So I'm not sure where they are and how do I get to them. I can't move on with this is. Please help.

Hello, good day. I am sending an email from Iran. We connect with VPN to play your game. For several days now, it keeps saying "Please restart or try again later". It keeps saying "Please do not reinstall the game". It cannot connect. It cannot go online and cannot use the rewards. What happened???

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
