When there are certain pop ups the screen freezes and you have to delete the app and re load, often losing boosters.

That reply doesn't help at all, it freezes because the pop ups arrive all at once. I know how to uninstall and I know that some boosters are lost. My point is that it freezes because of all the info at the beginning of a game not because of any other reason.
How about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. đ

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.
