Could someone tell me why I don't see the countdown of the quarterfinals, if I have qualified 1st of my group.

I have played many levels and I still do not get out. I opened a thread a week or so ago and I was told that when the quarters started it would appear and if it didn't, to let me know and I have warned and the problem still hasn't been solved.

Hello, I still don't see the tournament counter.
As far as I understand it started 2 hours ago today and I still don't see the counter or anything.
Candy crush has been sending me messages all week telling me to practice for the quarters, etc.. But now that they have started I don't see anything corresponding to the tournament.

It might be glitchy and will pop-up once the Quarter Finals round starts. If it doesn't, please report back. But, to be safe side, I will inform about the missing icon to our Candy Community In-charge 👍️

I see the event on the left side of the map and when I play I see the purple candies, but in events I don't see anything.
Yesterday I was seeing it until suddenly I stopped seeing it and now I still don't get anything.

I've had this issue before and it's very frustrating. I click on the butterfly but it's not being counted. Last time I had this happen it didn't count my last 2 butterflies so I didn't get the reward. Today it didn't count 1 (so far). Can you tell me what's going on and that this issue will be fixed?
