I had plenty moves left on level 4215 and the last cherry never dropped even after watching the videos to get the 3 extra moves and a ufo π‘π€¬π‘π‘π‘. Lost my winning streak!!
Having same problem with 6695 right now. 2x in a row and even used boosters and bars. Never dropped. Did you ever get a resolution?
I just had to keep trying and finally got the last one, but it was really annoying. I felt cheated.

I've experienced this every now and again but fairly rarely. Say once every 1,000 levels on average. It shouldn't happen twice or more in a row though. It's usually a one-off bug.
It seems to me that starting big could lead to that. It's like you startle the cherries and they refuse to drop. π Joke aside, it feels like making multiple explosions at the very start where loads of frostings/swirls are destroyed could make the cherries bug out and not all will drop. Just a thought though.
If the issue persists after restarting the game, it could be an unforeseen game design bug that's worth reporting to Support.

Android Samsung Galaxy s20 fe 5g, I had plenty moves left after the 2nd to last cherry made it through the portal. I'm so frustrated. I made it through the second try, but I lost my streak. I've cleared my cache and restarted my phone so hopefully the glitches I've been experiencing will be gone. Sorry, just really frustrated!! I appreciate your listening and trying to help!!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseβs games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
