Ads causing black screen/freezing the game (Edited by CM)

FIXXXX THEEEE ADSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!

It’s very frustrating that every time I click on an ad that the screen goes blank/black and have to restart game. It’s been more than a week, why haven’t you guys fix the bugs 🐞 🐛 🐜 on the ads. Wasted my time and losing lives and boosters and finishing the level if I’m close enough. This only happens on my apple iPhone.

Hi and welcome to the community. The developers give out ads randomly or as they please. They tend to take them away from players who spend money buying boosters. You can't do anything to get them back I am afraid.

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I’m seeing a new ad today from FirestoneDirect. After it plays there is no way to get back to the game. I am left with a page to sign up for an oil change. Any resolution coming ??

For 2+ days I get Firestone Direct for almost every type of extra move, booster and bonus ad. It doesn’t flip back to the game, you can’t exit the ad without closing the app and logging back in. As the day goes It’s been the only ad I’m getting. Very frustrating

You have an ad running by firestone direct that doesnt allow users to exit out of the ad to actually redeem whatever they were viewing the ad for.

It’s the ads for Wellings at Waterford that won’t flip back to the game. I’m having to exit the game and log in again. Losing bonuses and it’s very frustrating.

I keep getting FireStone Direct ad, it’s the only ad I get. The ad plays for about 15 seconds and then won’t close. I’m forced to close the app which means I don’t get the booster for watching the ad. It’s been happening for days, probably 100 boosters not awarded for watching this ad at this point. I’ve tried emailing support, reporting the ad etc and nothing changes. Between the 20 lives only from friends and ad booster scamming I’m about done with this game.

I think you have to close the game and reload. I've seen people comment on this and had this problem in other games as well.
