I and a couple others have had trouble with not being able to play in the All-Stars semifinal since Sunday. (I can no longer see the leaderboard or my standing on my avatar.) Contacted tech support several times and received form letter emails in reply directing me to the community forums, so I posted here earlier on this, but have gotten no help and I'm still not able to play in the contest. I am still trying to hold on to hope for some intervention!

Yes, Austria should be on the list so we recommend to clear the cache of the browser and see if that works.
You should have another chance to submit the form tomorrow. The form will get sent out to everyday who made it to the next stage until Saturday.

Hi there, I'm afraid I am not myself in Austria nor do I participate in All Stars myself, so I haven't seen the contact form. But yesterday there were at least six or seven posts from Austrian players who could not find their country on the list when they were trying to fill out the contact forms. I really think the country must have been missed. Have you no means to see the form and check it out?

Moderators, you need to flag up that Austria has been missed from the contact forms. We had the same problem yesterday when several players reported it. Is this being fixed?

Congratulations...But....if you are asking about how you are doing overall, well, lets just say that i have seen at least a dozen screenshots showing their position in first with well over a million points. But anything is possible. You keep Crushing it. 👍️

I have had a read through the terms and conditions of All Stars because a lot of players are still confused about what it means to have reached the semi finals. It is not like the football world cup or anything like that. Until April 15th anyone joining Candy Crush can still win a place in the semi finals by joining the wild card rounds. After April 15th all the players that have qualified for semi finals play in groups against each other. I have no idea how many groups there are to start with. Those winning their group will move on to a second semifinal. Again the winner of that group will move onto the third semi final. This is where the players that get invited to London will be decided.
So there are three consecutive semifinals that each player needs to win from 15th April onwards. I guess by the third semifinal stage it will be just ten groups, as there will be 10 top players invited to London. Only those 10 people have to sign the disclosure declaration form, so none of you need to worry about that at this point.
It's far too early for that. The top 10 that get to go to London, that is way off. They were still offering me to join the wild card rounds for new players yesterday.
Is there a leader board that you could see if you were already made it into the top 10? I just qualified as number one
