Lost all Progress

I recently decided I should log into Facebook and save all progress. I was on level 1586 (or something close to that!). As soon as I logged into Facebook candy crush reset all the way back to level 1!! I've tried everything! I think when I started playing years ago I possibly had a different Facebook account but that's not an option to change accounts now. Please help!!

Hello Charlie- Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress.

The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
