Lost progress on new device

I have played candy crush saga for over 4 years and got to level 1650 and candy crush soda for over 2 years and got to level 650 and when I got a new device and tried to join Facebook and King.com to save my progress I am currently back at level ONE on both games !!!!! I WILL NOT. Be starting again is there any way my progress can be reinstated ???????? Very frustrating !!!!!!!!!

The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
