Lost Progress after new iPhone.

I got a new iPhone X and once it was all set up, I found that I had lost all my progress... I had been at level 242, but now I had to start over at level 1. So, I quickly went to my iPad it was the same status, back to level 1. So, then signed into Facebook and found that I got back some, but now I'm only at level 168, is there anyway I can get restored back to level 242, with my piggy bank, gold and stuff, please?

Hello Vida- Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress.

The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
