Hugely unfair, I agree. Sorry I can't help you myself. I have no idea why you are having this trouble. I am always getting the boosters and gold that appear on my screen when I claim them.
215 gold bars just on my screen shots probably the same again or more before I started screen shotting them. Pissed off now 🫤
I have tons of screenshots and I’ve asked for help several times. They just ignore me. I obviously don’t spend cash so they are not interested 🤷♀️
I have occasionally read of players not getting their gold from candy royale. It's probably always best to take a screenshot of your win page, and then you can send that to customer services if the gold fails to reach your account.
