I was well past level 2825 and went back to using the old game and now I've lost all my progress and I'm, stuck on the old version at level 2825. How do I get back to the new version?

Hello Angie- Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress.
The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
