I have a screenshot reflecting 10 contestants all with exactly 50 points. I finished all levels yesterday, but never needed to complete new games to compete. Is something wrong? Thank you.

How did you even get to 100? What's the deal with increments of 50? I got 5+ on older levels today and they didn't count. Boooo!
Same problem. Stuck at 50.
I had 50 playing on my phone. Then when I played from my iPad I got another 50 when I started so now on 100.
No other colour bombs registering again for the 3rd time of this challenge
Seems you get 50 when ever you play from a different device.
May need to go buy another 10 iPhones then.
I also wonder this. I played a bunch of levels and didn't move from 50. I don't even know how I got 50.
Question: To some extent, I stayed at the position 11 at the end of this event, would it be downgraded to the previous level during the period of the system fault?

I agree Ivy. Someone has 100 color bombs now and none of mine are counting again this week. Why bother playing? Hopefully we can all stay on Popsicle Planet.
This problem has last for weeks. I understand it may take time to fix it. Before having the solution, why launch it this week. In result, more criticism and anger.
Why do they call this King 'Care'...when it's clear they don't! Apparently this issue has been ongoing for weeks now and haven't seen any feedback from support or any fix to the problem. Very very frustrating.

I was chatting with King via Messenger and was given this link https://care.king.com/contact Perhaps if we all fill it out they will know it's not because of what platform we are using, we don't need to clear caches or reinstall the game... Send your screenshots and any info that will help King to realize the game needs a FIX!
King know it needs fixed but can’t fix it for some reason. The issue is, why keep putting it back on when it’s clearly still not working
The event started again today and it's still not fixed.
Well obviously their tech team have no clue. Games do get glitches in from time to time, but they always get fixed. Never have I seen anything like this before in all the years I’ve been playing king games. They need to sack their tech team and get ones that actually know what they are doing.
And today is the THIRD Thursday in a row on Popsicle Planet and the color bombs are STILL not counting...

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
