Need Help, Two accounts merged

Hi, I have a problem with my Candy Crush account.

My daughter took my phone to play with her King account at Candy Crush. She was around level 350. She wanted to log in with her email address from the King account, except that on my phone, I was logged in with my Facebook account. So she clicked on disconnect and then logged in with her King account... and then her King account was merged with my Facebook account. She who was at about level 350, finds herself at my level 6044. It seems that her account has disappeared, we can no longer connect to recover her progress. I can't even get his player ID; just mine...

How to recover his account?

With the "All Star" competition, she wants to get her account back quickly. Thanks for your help

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

When a King account and Facebook account get merged or synced, you cannot separate them. The Facebook account over writes the King account and the King account is lost. The game is now completely saved on the player with the Facebook account.

The only solution for this is that the player that had the King account, creates and new King account with another email and then gets the game manually restored on that account.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

The only solution for this is that the player that had the King account, creates and new King account with another email and then gets the game manually restored on that account.
