Hello @Crazy Cat Lad! I'm in the same situation as MissyD2006 I finished the Candy Royale on Candy Crush and they validated it but I didn't receive any gold bar ??? Could you please take a look at it ? Thank you

Candy Royale has been appearing in my events for weeks but always says 'new event being prepared'. Other players mention it so why isn't it working?

The Candy Royale is still being tested and the worldwide release for all players are expected to come soon.
Sorry to hear that you didn't get your reward. Please note that though, the 100 Gold Bars are shared among all winners in your group of players. You will win the 100 Gold Bars only if all other players did fail the mission.
Our Player Support can check what your reward was and correct it in your game.

Hello I've been at level 19081 for about 15 days and there's no way to pass without extra lives and boosters. The game has become boring without these aids 😞 Wow, they said the videos/rewards were in testing 😧😧 for over 12 years???? Testing????
