For the record to anyone asking, I have no "Not Now" button and no X Button.
Seriously why are the devs this pigheaded when it comes to feature fixing?

Hello @Phil_Cannon, @PrettyBubbles wasn't quite correct in their statement.
Due to the current test being conducted by King some people will have a Not Now button, some people will have a just a Start button and some people will still have the X button.
Unfortunately it looks like you are in the Not Now group. All any of us can do is wait and hope the test is over sooner rather than later.

Today has been awful with the sheer number of times it pops up.
Finish level - cc royal popsup
Close using back button (android)
Another end of level popup - dismiss using the x (standard practise on most screens ,though some are just acknowledgement with OK)
CC royal pops up
Dismiss by swiping up to get android controls - find back button, ooops not that one, get back, swipe up to get android controls again, use real back button
Close game because I am bored with all the popups (even without cc royal seem to get 5 or 6 in a row when all I am trying to do is get to choc box to pick a new task, for example),
or out of lives anyway!

While they figure out how to allow people to opt-out, if you're on the phone, tap the return button and it'll get rid of the pop-up. If you're on a computer, click the escape button and it'll do the same.

You should get this:
Seems you're enjoying a bugged version with no "X" or "Not now" button.
If you have an Android device, you can close this window with the "Back" key after swiping down from the top of your screen to activate the navigation keys at the bottom for a couple of seconds.
