Just purchased gold pass but no boosts given
If you go into the Season Pass does it look like mine? Are your tiers locked because you have not worked your way up them yet?
If so, yes, the event has only just started and the rewards on both the free and the gold side will only unlock when you have passed enough levels, BUT it is very easy to reach the top! DO NOT press the "unlock tier" tab!!! Scroll back to an easy level that you know you can pass and replay that one level again and again until you have reached the top and then you will receive all the rewards. You have five days to do this, but you can do it in about half an hour.
*Please note I am a fellow player and I do not work for King. This was just a suggestion for you to easily get the rewards you are owed. Contacting King support is of course an option but I think my solution might be quicker.
bought the gold pass and didn’t receive anything. If you don’t get the gifts you should make that clear regarding how it works before purchase was made because I would not have bought it.

Few questions!! Did you play levels and finish the final stage (10th tier)? Can you show me a screenshot of your Season pass, please?

Purchasing the gold pass just unlocks the paid half of Season Pass. You still gotta unlock each tier in order to claim the extra items.
