What exactly is the matter - you watch ads but don't get the chance to smash Sweet Cinema candies or don't get the extra moves are a level? Does it happen with just 1 particular ad or with any ad you watch?
Do you actually get to watch ads at all?

What exactly did you tell the Game Team - that a random player with an unknown game ID wrote on the forum that ads didn't work as intended for him?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
