What is your current device?
Bear in mind that you can't transfer your boosters. Unless you have an iOS device and back up your game app via iCloud/iTunes and then restore it onto your new iOS device. If you're an Android user, then you don't have much choice. I've heard about cloning apps between Samsung phones but don't have one, so never cared to read about it.
If neither of these apply to you, just follow the advice given to you above - make sure you're logged into your game account either via Facebook login or King account, then simply sign into your game app on the new device. This way your level progress, gold bars, friends and even win streaks will be available to you there as well.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
