I need to use 1 ufo but I am not getting the reward. The level I am on releases 2 ufos.

Hi, it so happens I have just played that level (on my second login, I have two games). It's a really annoying one because the red candy order is so large and starting boosters are a complete waste here. You won't pass it until the game lets you pass. I probably tried about 30 or 40 times and they were offering me 65 moves before I got anywhere near it, but eventually they just gave it to me when I wasn't even trying, on my last move. It's best to hit the UFOs as early as you can, so they clear as much of the board as possible and so create more space for the red candies to drop, but apart from that just watch out for that lucky board.
Chocolate box doesn't count UFOs placed on level boards, only UFOs you use from your inventory (not worth doing for Chocolate box even if you have one). It's best to choose another task.
