on candy crush saga i hav lost my place and its reverted back to level one so how do i get my progress back

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
