Over 2100 levels lost

Lost all my mums progress after trying to connect my mums phone with a new Facebook account... After I finished everything it went back to level 1 and she was on level 2149 if I remember correctly... i tried logging out of the Facebook again but it still shows level 1... She's distraught as she has been playing ur game since 2011 and doesn't want to have to start again... Please do something to put the levels back to what they were...

Niveau 8061 impossible.

Why can't Opt Out of Candy Royale!
I truly do not like this little sub game and I don't want to play it. But lately when it's popping up, there is no X in the right hand corner for me to decline. It's just forcing me to opt in in order to continue playing the game this is absolutely no good. Is this a glitch? If so, when will this be fixed?
