I noticed Since I’ve purchase some stuff weeks ago for one time all the ads had stopped showing for me. So this way I have no chance to get extra lives or boosters. This isn’t fair. How can I have the option to watch ads to get extras back??

As you've discovered yourself, video ads and ad reliant features get suspended for your account for a random period of time - from 4 months to well over a year. And there's nothing you can about it. It's how King have set it up but they keep denying this fact. As you can see in the comment above, they've prepared a bunch of excuses and just copy-paste them over and over to affected players.
What you could do is take a 1-2-month break from the game. Don't log in at all on any platform. Some players have reported their ads returning after not playing for a couple of months. The alternative is to keep playing and hope that ads would return which is not guaranteed to happen at all. Meanwhile you would've struggled without ads and possibly quit playing. Just read a book or two instead for 2 months, then resume playing on a mobile device (ads don't work on a computer).

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
