I cannot connect to the server using my new modum.

I never had an issue with my old modum. It was outdated and much slower. I got a new one. Contacted my internet provider. They have no clue why. I can connect to everything else. I have an internet connection . Why can’t I connect to my server with Candy crush? I did every trouble shooting step imaginable. I unistalled the app. Reinstalled it. Signed out of my apple id and signed back in. My internet provider did their thing in their end. Even apple said it is a deveolper problem. This seems to be an app issue that the deveolper needs to address. I cannot spin the wheel. I can’t collect boosters. It is so frustrating. It just seems to be a problem with this particular high speed modum. I have no problem any where else. Is the speed too fast?

Thanks Laura. Yes I can connect to all the other apps. I have no problem with Facebook or Instagram. Apple music. Snap chat. I just can’t connect to the server with Candy Crush. Both my internet provider (Rogers) and Apple said it was a developer problem because I can connect to other apps. They tried everything and told me to contact the developer. Thank you for looking into this.

You are SO welcome!! I really hope this can get resolved. I have had horrible luck with my own modem/router myself...Verizon (our provider) had to replace mine only a few months after they had sent me it, and that was replacing another modem that I had gotten a couple years before that lol. I am concerned about this because you said you have an internet connection. Does that mean you can access FB and web pages on the Net okay? If so, it might be on King's end after all, or the modem might not be connecting all the way or something. I hope they can figure it out and I will make sure the Moderators see your post so they can let you know what they find. Thanks for writing back!

Hmmm. This is a really good question Mina. I will ask the SuperStars if they have any ideas about this, and if not, I can send it to the Moderators. This one has me stumped as well. It looks as if you have done everything you could on your end, so let me see if King can find out why this is happening. So sorry this is happening to you and I appreciate you writing to King Care.
