I can't send request for more lives and for help
Go to facebook, go to settings option >personal information>default mobile site>choose option regular
After these settings you can send request for life and help

Not yet my friend. I will make sure I ask again about this tomorrow. I've been running to doctor appointment to all week (I am trying to figure out what is going on with me) so I haven't been around to answer. I'm truly sorry about that. I will let the Team know again about this.

I'm sending at the moment lifes per highscore list at the computer and I saw that I cant send there request lifes, too. It turns in a circle and doesnt stop.
Ah, yes. There is a known issue with Farm Saga I believe. I have bumped it to the Moderators for you so they can take a look at what is happening. Thanks for the extra info!
I forgot something. With farm heroes saga I have the same issue. Maybe with every King Game, maybe with all facebook games, I dont play others at the moment

I have the same problem with the app :'( Facebook popup - > sending -> nothing happens.
Same with request lifes, no reaction at the button. Tried so much since 3 days...also factory reset and lost my boosters and lifes. I'm desperately
I forgot to say that I tried more than one version of facebook app,
tried to login without fb app but then I get an empty page (at 3 browsers)
Tried to choose just one or 2 oder some more friends to send lifes, tried all together.
But about the factory reset I'm upset
