I'm having the same issue. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.
Keep a look out @Lons1980. Quite a few people have complained about this issue, so hopefully we will see something official about the problem soon.
I did notice that one poster said the the event still has one day to go. Could it be you only get your rewards when the event has finished?
