Level glitch

Level 13136 seems to have a glitch. I cannot make a move keeps ending before it starts. I lost my gold in the gold rush and lost all boosters. I cannot progress. I have sent 2 emails and the issue is not resolved. Can someone help me

Weekly Contest streak impaired, (leading at 3rd week), all 5 win streak boosters gone, 431 Champion's Race streak LOST, chocolate box lost, Candy Royale keeps failing, lost 2 hour color bomb and numerous boosters as I tried to progress. Reloaded game and lost all boosters and free lives. Will likely lose everything I've worked so hard to build over months of dedicated playing. I sent 3 emails and they sent me here. Wondering about quitting this game? What's going on with 13136 and people losing so much progress?

Wow, I can see why you are angry about this glitch. That really is infuriating when you were doing so well. They should send you a compensation of some sort, when they do finally sort it out. I really don't know why it is taking so long. The same level was working fine before they did whatever they did....

By the way, this level actually works for me on my old iPhone6. So if anyone is wondering what is going on here, maybe that fact helps. @Diamond_Lim ? I also am past that level already, so scrolled back to it.
