Candy Crush Saga

Candy Crush Saga crashes while I'm trying to open the game on my iPhone 6S. It's been doing it for a few weeks.

I've tried all of the suggestions referenced...updated software, restarted, etc.

I'm on level 2100 and don't want to delete and reinstall because I don't want to lose my progress. I don't think I'm synced on Facebook or on King. And the game doesn't open to allow me to do it now.

What can I do?

Since I got no response, my only recourse was to delete and reinstall so I lost my progress.

Account recovery
I went up to level 483 and reinstalled it after deleting it. Now it won't come back with my account. Please help me get back to the same level I was before.
I have two issues.
I have two issues. The first is that ads used to appear before, and I would get one or more extra attempts to play from them. The second is that my friends do not appear in the inbox, and I do not receive any help from them.
Gold bars dissapeared
I had 75 gold bars that suddenly disappeared and I know I only have six.
Error
Liebes King-Team immer wieder werde ich aus dem Spiel geschmissen obwohl ich gerade bonus aktiviert habe und oftmals beim letzten Leben bin und dann ist das komplette Leben plus der bonus weg weil ich nicht noch mal wieder ins Spiel komme... Das ist mies 2 mal heut
