Level 2251 not enough moves to complete. Frogtastic takes a move too.

I am stuck on this level in Candy Crush. I read that moving the frog does not use up one of you moves but it does in my game? Just not enough moves to complete the level. Frustrating!

I would also like to know why I can’t view previous replies or get replies to my own questions?

I have two issues.
I have two issues. The first is that ads used to appear before, and I would get one or more extra attempts to play from them. The second is that my friends do not appear in the inbox, and I do not receive any help from them.
