Hi, I wanted to play on a new device so I connected my account to Facebook. Now when I log in my level is correct but I've lost all my gold bars (I had nearly 2000 and now I have 0). I've tried to fill out a support form but they keep sending me an automated email about losing boosters and lives even though I've said it's about my GOLD BARS. Can someone help please?

Thank you for your response. I'm very disappointed as the support did not do anything to help me. They responded saying:
"I'd like to inform you that I am not able to locate nor restore your Gold Bars as free items won are ''Non-refundable, transferable, exchangeable," and for this reason, we do not compensate any free items that may have been lost."
So they are basically saying because I earned the Gold Bars with years of my valuable time instead of buying with money, they won't resolve the glitch that made all of my gold disappear. Feel completely robbed.
Pretty sure no-one will answer your question, as the 2 guys complaining haven't logged in here for months. There's a remote possibility they'll get an e-mail notification but not without tagging them. So here goes: @Candycrusher811911 and @Kathylc. Chances are they haven't recovered their lost gold bars, given Support's refusal to take responsibility for this app glitch and help players.
I recently experienced a similar, if not the same glitch where 2 of my game accounts got merged into one, resulting in the loss of thousands of gold bars and 1 whole account. And you guessed it - Support just gave me an automated response without ever replying back no matter how much details I provided.

@Doondie Thank you for the insight. It is however very unfortunate that Support dismisses this issue as it discourages me to play the game because I have nothing to help me pass hard levels. Guess I'm back to grinding for my gold bars and boosters once again. Have a good day!
