I logged into facebook on my husband's tablet for candy crush and it saved all his progress on my account and is linked to his account with his email.
Hey Terri, have you tried logging out, clearing cache and cookies and logging back in as you?

Did you answer it back directly? Often if you reply back you should get a person, but I will pass this over as well so they can check for you
I'll try again. I did follow it twice and I just get a general email. The same one twice.
I wouldn't add your Facebook to the new Kingdom account, what you need is your progress added to the Kingdom. Because if you link the two now, it will just put hubbys progress on. Can you follow that link I gave you and the team will be able to add it for you

It sounds like the two games have merged. You would need to contact the lost levels people for help. I don't know why but I always imagine a team in a basement covered in dust for this lol. Follow this post and there is a contact link towards the bottom, just email them and explain whats happened and what you have tried, and we have sent you over and they should be able to help
I can start a new game at level one, but as soon as I log into facebook. It goes to my husbands levels.
