Opened the game yesterday, I was on level 3400 something waiting for the next level to be built and now the game has reverted to 2800s. Only on the desktop/facebook version

Not only am I on a lower level by 1000s It stops on this level with no way to advance at 2825

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
