every time i win a level it freezes up and have to reload and play the same lvl over, game is stuck on day 1 of gifting.. ty

Hello Jean. I will let the Moderator know about this, but there isn't much they can do. I have had the same experience and, believe me, I know that it is frustrating as heck! I used most of my best swear words at the game when that happened to me. As for starting the calendar at Day 1, here is some information on that. Thanks for writing and have a good day!
