The swedish fish have stopped swimming off screen and now just swim as a single fish on screen, only getting one jelly square at a time. Is this an update or a glitch?

There's another post where Elsa indicated there's a known glitch with the fish and said they're working on it, so maybe it's just temporary.

One problem with this new "feature" is level 2039. You need to clear 9 jelly squares in 7 moves using 7 fish...which are also protected by jellies. Without fish multiplying, this is impossible to accomplish
But they also changed what occurs when the fish is combined with color bomb. It works more like a candy + color bomb combo and all the candies of the same color turn into fish. They took a little but also gave a little.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
