I hit the Jackpot on Candy Crush and it gave me nothing What can I do to get my Jackpot award??

Hi again! I am glad Mark was able to give you some boosters for this. I believe they know about this, but I really can't give an ETA for it being fixed or looked at. I really feel badly for the players who are affected by this because getting the Jackpot, first of all, is a miracle in itself, and then to have a glitch where you don't get your hard-earned reward...that stinks. I will keep up on this issue though and work with the Moderators and the Team to make sure they look at this asap. Thank you again for writing and it was nice to see you again! Have a wonderful day.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
