Why is "Terms of Service" updating daily?

For 3 days in a row so far, I have to agree to Terms of Service update before I can play and then I'm treated as a new player...with every step I take being explained to me. I had to play THREE rounds before I got my Treat Machine (with tutorial on how to use it) and my Candy Box that I had been working on appeared, causing me to lose 3 rounds of collecting. Then of course there's the "no Opt Out" for "win 7 games in a row" (as if) except now it's happening more than once during game play.

I don’t know, that never has happened to me. Try creating an account to avoid losing progress. Hopefully that should help a little bit. 🙂

Are you playing on the browser version? Do your stored lives disappear whenever the terms pop up?

When you say 'treated as a new player' do you mean you are back at level one every time?
If you do it sounds like you have been signed out of your game. Because you are seeing the terms of service message this means that something has deleted your cookies.
Has this only happened in the last three days? If so did you download new software three days Ago?
Sign back into your game using the LOG IN WITH EMAIL option and not the Sign Up With Email option.
