Missing Boosters

I am wondering why I am missing boosters and also if timed boosters are won, I cannot use them. I am also unsure if the new free boosters I am accruing are being added to my account. I am connected through my Facebook account, connected to wifi, and have closed out the app. It's been this way for about 3 days. How do I fix this?

Thank you so much for your explanation and excuse my ignorance. I was so lost as to why it happening and really wanted to use my boosters. I need them, I'm not that great at the game as it is 😂 I appreciate you for commenting, it helped a ton. Thanks!

That is one of the levels that doesn't let you use starting boosters. You'll encounter more of those levels as you progress through the game, sometimes there are 2 or 3 of those levels together. Once they are cleared them the game will return to normal & the starting boosters will show again. If you're on a win streak you won't lose it if you don't pass the level on the first go.

Trying for extra moves
Ssomeone please explain how do you get pass a level that has over 25 things to knock out, BUT you only get 3 moves???? The ONLY way is to continue using gold bars. What a joke!!!!
