i log in and get taken to level 3530, I am only on level 1890 which means I need to scroll right through all the levels to get to mine, is there a glitch?
Hi Mary, I am going to elevate this to a King Admin but she won't be able to get back to you until the beginning of the week. I think she has to reset it somehow but I don't know how they do it.
Hello Mary! I am just jumping in to help Elsa on this one. That is REALLY weird. Are you sure that you are logged in to your own account? My only thought is that maybe someone else has used your device and logged into their own account and didn't log out when they were done. Can you make sure it is logged in to your account and let us know? I swear Friday The 13th makes the King Games go crazy lol. I hope you have a great day!
That is the weirdest thing that I have ever seen. When you open the game every single level has 3 stars on it. I never saw that before. Does it not even take you to 3531? I think you came up with a unique glitch! I am going to forward this to a King Admin but they are all gone for the weekend so I won't be able to have anyone look at it until Monday.
Hi Mary, wow that is strange that you are opening the game at a level that you haven't reached yet. I haven't heard of this being a glitch. The next time it happens could you possibly do a print screen and load it here so that I can see if others are having the same issue.
