Current level Facebook not in sync with iPhone

I've been playing Candy Crush Saga for many years and have reached level 2204 on my iPhone. Now I want to transfer that current level to a new iPhone via Facebook. But the Facebook progress is level 946 and that's where the new phone thinks I am.

Can you please help me to correct this?
