Why am I not able to purchase anything? I click "pay now" but nothing happens. The circle with the lock in it spins but it goes back to "pay now" and nothing goes through.
I have contacted player support. This is from 2022 when people were having this same exact issue:
We are experiencing a temporary connection issue which is affecting Candy Crush Saga and many other of our games at the moment.
This issue may give various connection errors with events, purchases, video ads or connecting to your game account (Facebook and King account).
We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in
If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
