Does you level look like this video (except having gummi dragons in place of cherries)?
If you think yours looks different then a starting board screenshot would be helpful. I cannot access this level at the moment to check it out. The video shows that this level is possible, but you might have to wait for that lucky board to complete it. Try to make striped and wrapped candy combos where possible.
