I absolutely hate only having 20 lives a day it really spoils my enjoyment of the game

I understand the new limit on exchanging lives with friends and after the change was implemented it worked as it should...if I got 20 and used them up I'd have to wait before I can use any again. The issue I have now is I never receive any lives from friends anymore even when I request them. It's been about 2 weeks now. I used to get anywhere from 10-40 lives from friends per day without even asking, now it's zero!! How??? My available requests screen shows I have 0/200 and that I have all 20 available for the day but I never get any...why is that??

Hello @Denise_Shannon are you sure you are only getting 20 lives a day?
A couple of weeks ago King sneaked in a little change to our inboxes that now means some of us get 20 lives every six hours.
Next time you use all of your 20 lives take note of how long the timer says you have to wait until your next 20 will start.
Also if you already have 20/20 lives click on the heart and see if you get the same message as me.

At least you're getting an extra 20. I don't even get any at all anymore and I used to get as many as 40 or more a day

Removing all my lives and limiting us to 20 a day is awful.

This new rule is absolutely BS. Definitely won’t bother playing as much. Certainly won’t be making any further purchases!!

My friends list has disappeared along with all the lives I had saved up in my inbox!! Grrrr what are you people doing??

That is exactly what I’m dealing with. I had their 20 lives left, but they disappeared and no incoming lives from friends. I refuse to pay anything to play this game. Period!!!
