I have been requesting lives and sending lives to all my friends for the past few weeks but I never receive any lives back. My life count only reduces it never increases. I request lives multiple times a day but no change.

The button is on your lives count. Not the envelope. Makes total sense. Ugh.
That's exactly what's happening to me. I've read that others say you have to ask for them now and that there's a button to click to ask, but I don't have that button. It's frustrating.
I used to receive lives every day without asking. None now. It’s ridiculous.
Thanks for the information. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I guess I don't understand why they keep putting more roadblocks in front of us and make it a lot less fun.
As the option to send lives in bulk has been removed the only we you can send lives is to go to your friends list and send lives individually or else when your friends ask for lives. Hope that we will get back the option to send lives in bulk
I don't understand why they took the ability to send bulk lives.
It was a stupid and ridiculous move on their part. Why? Waiting for an answer!
It's a pain in the backside to send each individually. I'm assuming the PTB want to make our gaming experience miserable.
They want us to add friends? Well, they have a funny way of showing it!
If the moderators would do their job, they would pass along these problems to the developers.
I don't want to sound disrespectful, but, hey, I read dozens and dozens of the same problems over and over. It's getting ridiculous. All most issues get is one of your canned messages, trying to assure players it's being worked on. I know it's not y'all's fault. I just wish something would finally be done to fix the simplest problems.
You may, as moderators, decide to delete this, but I sincerely hope you don't.

You can ask by clicking on your icon picture, a screen will come up giving you a list of your inventory and also friends, click on friends and you should be able to send/ask for lives by clicking each one, it takes a while but it still works at the moment.
