This has started happening a few days ago on Candy Cruch Saga. I have seen all the suggestions from much older posts but no success. The only thing I have not tried is uninstalling because I do not want to lose my progress! I was stuck on a level for weeks and finally got passed it without realizing the game was no longer connecting.

Has anybody got any ideas on how to get me reconnected (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10).

It looks like you have done the troubleshooting, so the best thing would be to send this to them so you can get back to playing as soon as possible.
