I am unable to beat this level no matter what i do. I have used NUMEROUS spaceships, extra moves, and boosters. No matter what i do, the second Gummy Dragon never drops. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

The game is terrible now. Not a skill game anymore at all. Very few levels can be passed without boosters.

Agree 14040 is impossible. I have tried for days and used all my boosters. I refuse to buy gold bars so guess my candy crush days have come to an end. This game used to be fun. They have ruined it with their greed!!!
Yes, I play on a pc, and I just keep collecting boosters just in case they ever change their mind about how many moves, like I said, I had 6 moves left just to get 1 licorice, and it would not come down...it's sad the way they work this game.
I stand corrected about level 13599, I have just noticed they have also added a layer of frosting, just to make sure you cannot pass it in 19 moves.
There are a few such levels dotted about which have deliberately been made too hard to pass without extra moves or at least one party booster. I am past this level (can't exactly remember how), but it isn't getting any better and I may give up trying to keep up with the rainbow's end. There is no chance to continue up here if you have no gold bars left. If you do, the key is to recognise those levels set out to block you, sacrifice your win streak and then play until they offer you at least 65 extra moves. If you are out of gold, it's pretty much end of the road.
The latest levels out for Android last Wednesday got really good reviews, but what will be the chances they won't have taken moves away from them or added blockers by the time mobile players get them.....?
As for level 13599, I now have only 19 moves instead of 25, but this video does manage to do it with 6 moves left, so maybe it is just about "possible" to do, eventually.
I'm on 13599, and I was told that unless you have gold to get to the next level, or pay money to pass, candy crush will not allow a pass level...so far it's true, I only had 1 more licorice to get in 6 moves, it would not come down, so candy crush will not let me pass unless I pay money, and I also was told that the levels are just going to keep getting harder, and that I may as well quit
